Habbo Updating?

Are Habbo updating? The site won't work and the hotel itself won't load. (I refreshed because it said maintenance and now I can't get back on)

the site doesnt load it just comes up blank

I refreshed and got the 'Cannot Find Server' Then after refreshing a few times, it came back up and now Im on habbo..

Anyone else unable to load the hotel itself? It's not loading the Sulake bit.

ma mate as died on it, i cant kick him out ma room or nout, he hasnt talked or moved for bout an hour, hes blocking the door
