    Go in ioncube loader folder and run -help

    Also rep my normal account RNelson instead hehe
    When RNelson is banned I use this account!

    No,

    Go to Putty, install Ioncube and then make it work.. This is why Cast Control shouldn't be used on nothink but VPS or Dedicated servers..

    a telnet program. Telnet the server and install it using the ioncube install instructions

    Minieggs, why jump to the conclusion that this is not on a vps? , most sites run cronjobs on resellers ect. This is jack and mines vps, we would both rep you for your help.

    try moving all the ioncube files into the public_html directory, not in a folder in pulic_html

    Im using a vps so its its called httpdocs not public_html

    ok , i just assumed your vps had cpanel on lol,

    anyway try my way just change the folder name
