Xbox live glitches

Does anybody know any for Call of Duty 3 on the xbox 360.

I was recently playing "Rouen" the map with all the buildings you can go in.
And i kept getting killed from under the ground, now as you can imagine if this hasn't happened to you, you can't kill the person/s under the ground unless you know how to get in. So I as just wondering how you get into them to kill them.

Reporting them doesn't do anything unless like 50 of you report the people glitching.
