My first Rare Value Report

Ok if i get a few things wrong please tell me what was wrong so i can correct any errors in my future reports

Red = Falling Below Habbox Price
Blue = steady and habbox price
green = above habbox price

Throne - 29.5 Hc (2 times)
Throne - 30 Hc (1 time)
Throne - 29 Hc (5 times)
Comment: - throne seems to be steady at 29 Hc but might be making a slight increase

Black Dragon - 1.8 Hc (7 times)
Comment: - The black dragon seems to be very popular at the moment and seems to be increasing at the moment

Orange Parasol - 4.5 Hc (4 times)
Orange Parasol - 4.25 Hc (1 time)
Comment: - The orange Parasol seems to be very popular and might increase even further in the summer to around 6-7 Hc

Yellow Parasol - 1.5 Hc (6 timeS)
Comment: - Simular comment to above, the parasols seem to be very popular and should incream more in the summer

Hammock - 3 Hc (1 time)
Comment: - people buying at the rounded Hc mark which is 3.0 Hc. However not 100% accurate as i only saw this rare being traded a this price once.

Petal - 4 Hc (13 Times)
Comment: - Extremely popular rare at the moment. Seems to be rising again for the summer and might reach to about 5 Hc

Solarium Strobe - 2T (1 time)
comment: - Extremely rare and if ever increase as people are finding it hard to grab themselves one of these rares. should be increasing more and more into the future


DISCO sign - 0.7 Hc (2 times)
DISCO sign - 0.8 Hc (2 times)
Comment: - Relatively unpopular rare at the moment because it its not very well liked at the moment by some people. might fall in the near future and rise again above 1 hc


Sleeping bag - 0.4 Hc (1 time)
comment: - Very unliked rare, not many people like bed furni and as this is a bed furni this isn't well liked. This one time it was traded for a Hc plasto set (0.15) and a tubmaster (0.25) adding up to 0.4 Hc

Aloe Vera - 3 hc (5 times)
Aloe Vera - 3.5 Hc (1 Time)
Comment: - Like the other summer furniture it seems to be rising and continue to rise into the future

Overall:
I think that the summer furniture should be rising as there is a higher demand in them and the investments in them are very good.
