first of all you need to be vip to buy rep and i think its 15 hcs to 500 rep points so about 3hcs to 100 i guess..

depnds on seller, also they cant buy it for you unless you yourself are vip, not sure why, but thats the rules :S

Yes it completley nulls the reason of rep on the forum.

But seeing as its on the rise that people are looking at rep bars to see who goes first, I'll just boost myself up slightly.
