I personally don't like phpBB, i'd sugguest you use MyBB. But if your still going to use phpBB atlest get a eye catching template.

I also don't like the domain name, it's long and isn't really attractive. Espically not with the .info.

You have too many forums when it's not yet populer, you should just have around 10-20 forums and add more when it becomes populer because you don't need that much when theres not much people. Half of the forums aint even important.

The banner is plain and really makes me laugh. It looks dead stupid lol.

Theres sooo many forums/websites that yours and half of them are populer and quite reliable, why would someone join your forums over others? Honestly, let me put it this way, it's dead. Close it down.
