if i got 99 cooking and 99 firemaking but left my combat at 3 so a lvl 3 is walking around with a skill cape i will probly only do 1 like cooking spend like 2-4 mill on supplyes

meh go for it but there is already lvl 3's with skill capes quite alot

There are alot of level three skill pures around now so it wouldn't be that good.
