See that? that's the general statistics of your forum, 7 members? That's because you don't have an attractive skin/layout that invites people to join without words, go back to your drawing board and design a proper forum rather than just adding different sections for threads and posts. Youve put no time or effort into it so don't expect anybody to be joining. It wouldn't be worth our while and would be an insult to our graphical intelligence.

Do us all a favour and take that down, Get a bank account, get paypal, Buy hosting, Buy a PROPER domain (.co.uk, .net, .com whatever) And then get a VB and learn how to skin it properly. Thanks.

Also i made it i was on holiday i didn't have my own pc to do all the work on but i will be back in the UK soon so don't worry it will be better soon!
