MODs are better, Hobbas can abuse their powers easily. I would trust a MOD more than a voulenteer Hobba.

What I have found is with MOD's most of the time they do not answer your CFH as much as Hobbas did.
From my experience Hobbas would help you more than MODs that is my reason for voting Hobbas

They'll have loads of CFH's but they'll only answer the important ones.

Just because you didn't get a reply it doesn't mean that your call for help wasn't looked at and investigated.
since the Hobbas are no longer around to assist the MODs the MODs get probably several hundred CFH's per hour when the Hotel is very busy. They have to prioritise them depending on how urgent the situation is. Which is why you may see a difference in the amount of time you have to wait for a reply.
Also, the way you type when sending a CFH can have a great effect on how long the MODs take to deal with it, they will probably ignore CFHs if the sender has used 1337 speak rather than typing in proper english. Harsh i know, but thats the way it is.Rep Points: 1065

Even though mods are busy I would still preffer them answering a CFH over a Hobba
