building a good house does cost a lot, ive probably spent more than 200k on mine and its not even that good IMO

but at the end of the day, once you get to high enough construction levels you can make all sorts of cool rooms and furniture, like the boxing ring

maybe a dungeon aswell, with a chest at the end where you can challenge people to try and get to the treasure
