    k, Im 11 Stone and like 165cm tall
    Im fat yh, but i wanna have muscles
    can anyone give me a diet plan and what excercise to do: Like..
    Breakfast: ??
    School: ??
    Home: ??
    Dinner: I already know what it is..

    Please post a variety of wat I can eat as I cant eat the same things every day
    Also wat excercises shuld I do?
    I have a ministepper, How many steps on that
    How many sit ups etc.. ;l

    simply dont have fatty foods, try not to each like LOADS and do as much excercise as u can and more, i hear swimming is really good for excercising as u use like most of your muscles so thats what i kinda recommend O.o Pretty simple... but then again im probaly wrong!

    i had an operation and gained alot of wait from that because of steroids. but instead of crisps i had raw carrot and i went swimming evry saturday and now im almost back to normal

    You shouldn't go on a diet. They hardly ever work and when they do work, you're alright for a while but once you've lost weight, you begin to let yourself go again. I speak form experience. You should just eat healthier and cut down on unhealthy foods. Try Cadbury Highlights instead of normal chocolate. It is just as nice and is very low in sugar.
    Also try doing more exercise, just a few minutes each day can help. Fitness DVDs are extremely handy, as long as you stick by them.
