I am giving a legal leased vbulletin (until aroung aug but i will probably re-pay for another year) to a fansite that is needing one...
Basically i want to be the forum owner joint with the real owner
I will upload it... skin it do basically everything on it so you wont need to do a thing(i am v experienced at vb's).

No it isn't illegal as it's his he isn't selling it hes putting it so it can be instlaled on someone elses site so ****
