Hi,
I have made yet another layout. I think it is ok. I like the other last 2 layouts I made more then this one.
I only used a tutorial to make the banner. I used what I have learned from other tutorials to creat the rest.

The only thing I can suggest to improve is; on the boxes, at the top, the header try experiment with different alias' like smooth, sharp, crisp etc.
Don't keep headers as 'normal' because it just looks messy.

Hmm.
Make your canvas 900 wide, 800 height.
Use around 750 x 800 (width) for your template

It all seems out of size to me, Like some things are bigger where they are and some smaller for where they are. But its not bad.
