    Default Wolves sign Keogh

Wolves have signed Scunny's Republic of Ireland Under-21 striker Andy Keogh for an initial £600,000, which could rise to £850,000. The 20-year-old had a medical last night and is due to sign a three-and-a-half year deal at Molineux today.

    Info from the Daily Mail

Does this mean a halt to Scunny's promotion push?

Big blow for Scunny imo, they really need to hold on to Billy Sharp now to continue the push for promotion!

Yeah, it may dent their goalscoring capabilities and if they lose Sharp they're gonna be a bit stuck in the mud I feel .

Not that I'm that bothered really . Even though we may be losing Hawley to Leicester :@. Tenner bets he goes on the 30th just before we play Forest at home :@. That'll be two players we've lost to them. We could have had Matty Fryatt .

Sorry I went a bit off topic there . I suppose this may help all the other temas that have to play them, although Sharp is still a force on his own.

Who is this "we" you refer to?

As you can see people have replied who are bothered so your statement is wrong . Wolves and Scunny fans would be bothered as well as many Championship and League 1 team's fans, including me.

I take it you're a Bolton fan? Anyway, a number of Championship clubs were after him and his sale could prove a beneficial factor for other League 1 clubs' chances of promotion, so a lot of us do take interest in this.

Forest in particular! The title race is completely open now. It wasn't long ago that I could only see Scunny winning the league with such a supreme strikeforce but with the sale of Keogh, who knows? It's between Forest, Scunny, Bristol City, Oldham (still in with a chance despite that demoralising 3-0 defeat) and a number of other clubs.

Yes, Forest would now look favourites, but we'll have to wait and see. Hopefully not like lol.

And a number of other clubs doesn't include us :eusa_wall. Our appalling recent form has cost dearly.
