Well you see what age roughly does everyone get armpit hair cos my chnaging rooms not perving on boys onlt like 3 lads have armpit hair and there in year 9?

I remember wondering when everything was gonna happen, it's not that incredible when it does though. Armpit hair makes you sweat something like 70% more than if you have none, and shaving (facial hair) may make you feel manly the first couple of times but it soon gets annoying.

And it's great being "big" and all, but it don't half get in the way sometimes.

there is no average, i'd probably guess around 14-15?
not too sure, but i wouldn't really be too bothered about it mate. Hairy oaksters (scottish arm pit word) aren't any fun, just makes you sweat.
