no, not really lol. not just that.

Chav is a mainly derogatory slang term in some parts of England for a subcultural stereotype fixated on fashions such as gold jewellery and designer clothing. They are generally considered to have no respect for society, as well as being considered ignorant or unintelligent. The term appeared in mainstream dictionaries in 2005.[1][2] The defining features of the stereotype include clothing in the Burberry pattern (notably a now-discontinued baseball cap) and from a variety of other casual and sportswear brands. Tracksuits, hoodies, sweatpants and baseball caps are particularly associated with this stereotype. Response to the term has ranged from amusement to criticism that it is a new manifestation of classism. The term has also been associated with delinquency, the "ASBO Generation", and "yob culture".

The 'Chav' a.k.a. Scumbag (Homo Inferius) is a species closely related to the American Wigger (Homo Phobius), the scandinavian Fjortis (Homo Fjortensis) and the Finnish ****is (Homo ****isus), all of whom being distantly related off-shoots of the human race (Homo sapiens sapiens). Oddly, the French seem to have no word for chav. This isn't because there aren't any chavs in France, it's because pretty much everyone is one.

The chav has become far too common, as they breed like filthy, filthy rabbits. Plus, not enough people fire fireworks at them in the street. Hated by a good portion of humanity (the others just enjoy making money out of them), these creatures are easily distinguishable; they tend to gather in groups in towns, particularly shopping precincts; they talk some kind of b.astard dialect of their own devising, the most important word being ‘innit’. Several variants of this have been identified and most contain elements of Black American culture. This is in spite of the fact that there is no evidence that any chav has ever crossed the Atlantic, except in the Great Chav Drowning of 1920 when some of them washed up in New York.
