and 1 prayer
shuld i train my strength up or go in wildy and start killing ppl number of runescape dudes killed

id advise.. u get str 80+ , then 60 mage and then make the rest.. 80+ range and str but dont get 60 - 70 attk if ur into f2p pking.. coz im 65 attk
and im a rune pure now.. so Im ok but when i was 1 def i got ownd easy... in f2p coz of the 40 attk peaple

You will need to get higher attack even if you just stay on f2p as well. Can be hard hitting on full rune with 40 att lol.
