Problem With Feet lmao - need some advice

Hi ive got a problem with my feet (plantarfaci-itus) Not good with spelling.
anyway anyone had it because im on nurofen and paracetamol every 4 hours and i can barely walk. I dont want to have the injection for it (cortizone) or the surgery. anyone else had this problem and know another remedy, like a good foot splint good shoe inserts ect.:eusa_wall
