ive not seen that many miscellaneous rares about but heres what i have seen:
RED=BELOW HABBOX VALE
TEAL=HABBOX VALUE
PURPLE=ABOVE HABBOX VALUE

XMAS TREES---
0.25---3 TIMES
0.4---2 TIMES

CHINESE SOFA---
0.5---6 TIMES

ASIAN CHAIR---
0.5---4 TIMES
0.7---12 TIMES
(THIS IS ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE NEW, THEY WILL SETTLE TO ABOUT 0.3-0.5 I RECKON)
