On my old acc I did that. I started at like lvl 30 because I tried it before and didnt like it..
Took me like a month for to get to 70 ^-^

instead of willow longs you should fletch maple shorts, they sell very well on f2p because they are the best f2p bow for pk'ing

Went from 56 to 72 by cutting 11k willows. If I can do it, you can =] Good luck and remember, only do 1k-2k per day. Dont over stress XD
