On the top right hand corner of the post, you click the scales

Yep, the scales on the top of each post, but you can't give rep unless somebody has atleast given you one rep.

Is there a way to see every rep point you've been given? I know you can see the top 5 or so newest ones but can you see all of them?

no You Can Only See Latest 5, It would be Better If You Could See Them All As Another VIP extra

Ill try and work on that one, VIP = See all your REP.
Ill test it out on ym forum.
