    This is my new P.E.P (Personal Exercise Programme):
    Press Ups
    Sit Ups
    Squats
    Sit Ups
    Running
    Jogging
    Weight Training
    I just want to know if you think this will be an effective programme...

    is that what you are actualy going to do or just for school? because to me it just looks like a small circuit but yeah depends on what you want to improve

    Yeah sounds good I'd add in crunchs, Bi-cep dips, skipping and some shuttle runs just to vary it. If you do circut try working different muscles on different days ie: abs and upper body+ cardio, alternated with lower body+Low impact the next. Plus you have to make it enjotable or it wont be sustainable.

    It's as effective as you want it to be Sounds a bit like the circuit training we do in school, except we do alot more. Just do about 50 of each one, and DON'T just pack it in if you get tired, keep going until it's done.

    For some reason I put sit ups twice instead of crunches :p and that's just for at home, asin school the teacher always makes us overload and it bloody hurts lol, so I want a good new programme but not one that's going to kill me
