That is shexy for 1st mate but make main content shorter and move the disclaimer up and the width shorter + reppage

very shexy for a 1st, make content shorter try and use both sides instead of just one, it will make the height of it shorter.

Make sure all of the content boxer are in a straight line and are not 1px+ off. Also you should have made sure that the gaps between the boxes are the same as it makes it look abit messy.
Good design for a first though.
