    Admin Panel -> Styles + Templates -> Style Name (select Edit Templates)
    -> Navigation Breadcrumb -> Navbar

    Add

    Somewhere between

    and
    <!-- / nav buttons bar -->

    You could just add a forum portal which you can download from vb.org, and then just add pages and link to the page (Most likely easiest option)
