Disco Sign: \/ - 0.5 - 0.7 - I've seen these almost everytime trade for about 0.5 - 0.7. They aren't all that popular and therefore need to be lowered

Throne /\ - 31.5 (seen 1 - 3 times)- I've seen mixed trades with the throne. Some for 32 and some for 31 so i've placed in the middle of 31.5 - A great price for a throne at this moment in time.

Snow Patch = - 2.0 ( seen 6+ times) - Snow patchs are doing excellent! Everyone seems to be trading them at 2.0 and looks VERY successful!

Jamaican Patch - \/ - 1.5 (seen 4 -5 times) - The jamaican patch hasn't been as much of a success compared to the snow patch. As with the snow patch people buy them all the time. But with the jamaican patch people seem to only need them when making themed rooms and not many people do. So therefore should be lowered to 1.5. Some may argue about this .

Gold Ice-Cream Machine - \/ - 0.5 ( seen 8 - 9 times ) - The gold icm can be very popular but only when the seller sells them at 0.5 each. They seem to be getting less and less popular as the price rises and to get them back in popular section they should be lowered!

Mochamaster - /\ - 0.5 ( seen 3 - 4 times ) The Mochamaster is a very popular item on furniture, why it went down to 18RD I have no idea! its definately worth 0.5! and it's a shame to see it lose it's value by habbox lowering the prices ( as everyone uses habbox ). Its definately worth the 35 creds it should have!!

I don't think you understand how the rare value system works. Habbox lower the prices of rares when we see them being traded for the value around the hotel. We don't fix values, it its being traded for a certain value constantly we report it on the rare value page. We don't lower or raise values just because we think they should be lower or higher. Please bare this in mind next time you comment on the values of rares you have seen around the hotel.
