These are some rare values that I have noticed over the past few days.

Higher than Habbox
Equal to Habbox
Lower than Habbox

31HC
Selling well at this price for now, but I can only foresee a drop for this in the future. Seen about 10 deals at this price.

8HC
Selling about 8HC right now, sometimes less at 7.5. Long term, going to rise to about 11/12Hc come summer. Seen about 5 deals at 8HC, and 2 at 7.5Hc.

0.7HC
These rares aren't selling very well right now, but when they do sell they sell for around 0.7HC. In the future, I can see them becoming more desirable in the coming weeks and rising to 1HC.

0.4HC
Very unpopular rares, and with the quick demise of the Chinese chair, this looks likely to follow. Seen around 15 deals at this price, and 5 at 0.3HC. Expect it to fall to 0.2 by Monday.
