To be honest with you all, i havn't actually seen a petal patch going at Habbox's Rare value of '4 CS' ea. As a Petal patch collector myself, i Have seen and been buying at this price.
Sea Dragon
Seen at 0.7 CS

The Sea Dragon (blue) Seems to be going up by the slightest amount of either 0.05 or 0.10 cs every few weeks.
Throne
Seen at 30.5 CS

The Throne has gone up quite a bit in the last few days, but finally, even though it is only by 0.5 cs, it is going down.

I have seen many people 'trading' New year rockets for just the normal 'Alien artifact Rocket' and so i must put this as 1 CS, but it is not a Pure Sofa!!
Overall today, i have seen much change in many different Rares, The biggest change in my list is the New years Rocket.
