Snow patch - 2Cs - I think it will go down as i bought one then i realised no one realy put a serious offer in as it will go out of date herefor value plumit.
Lapland greetings - 1.5 CS - will pulmit in value i would wait till chiostmas to trade it again.
Throne sofa - 7 month HC - I have seen this itom of furni a few times up for trade Throne for 2 CS. I think this is a good Price.

A good first effort, next time can you please post how many times you've seen each rare being traded at that value. For example:
Throne - 30hc - 3 times.
