Rare Value report

I post somtimes, only when i see a major difference in values. This my 3rd report. Hope u like it.

Petal Patch
Actual habbox value:4.0
Value: 4.0
Seen: 3 times
Analysis: Some are saying this is going for 3.5 or 3.8, but frankly its really hard to buy at those prices right now. This will probably stay steady at 4.0 for the time being.

Throne
Actual habbox value:30.5
Value: 31
Seen: 2 times
Analysis: I mentioned before, thrones are a love and hate relationship with buyers and sellers and habbox values are the thorn between them. Buyers will always want to buy 0.5 or 1.0 less than habbox value and sellers are always trying to sell for 0.5 or 1.0 more. It will never be stable, but as of now it will increase to this value soon.

Red Pillow
Actual habbox value:1.35
Value: 1.0
Seen: 4 times
Analysis: Definetly should go down to 1.0, barely you see this going for habbox value. It is a good rare and people like it, but they arent willing to pay 1.35.

Sand Patch
Actual habbox value: 1.8
Value: 2.0
Seen: 3 times
Analysis: This acutally surprised me. I thought my self this would go around 1.5-1.8, but buyers are willing to pay 2.0 for this and some are doing it. Slowly sellers are realizing this too and are selling for no less than 2.0. You might see an occasional 1.8 or 1.9, but mostly 2.0 right now.

Mochamaster
Actual habbox value:0.25
Value: 0.3
Seen: 5 times
Analysis: This is slowly, but surely rising. People are selling mochas around 0.4, and 0.3. They are usually fillers in deals to top of deals, but people are starting to buy these buy for 0.3-0.4. One of those on the rise.

Excellent report, I very rarll comment these days but i was just looking through and this caught my eye, I love the idea of adding the habbox value which makes it easy to compare the values changing. Your comments show your knowledge of the rares which is a good sign, i see you going places. The values are also very acurate and i love the layout. Keep this hard work up
