You would need to purchase SHOUTcast hosting.

It's available from many people, including me.

Lmao. To make and mix songs, like create jingles, you can use Audacity. (Silly vince). I have it (free download at download.com) but don't really use it much so don't know what it's capable of.

If there isn't already though, I could write a tutorial if you'd like...
