I'm ill and my mum bought some tablets. But the problem is I can't swallow them. Im 14 and every time I try, it either goes half way and I'm almost sicks or I choke on it. No matter how heard I try I just can't take them.
And taking the powder from inside is even worse.

HELP!

make sure you are drinking them with water btw i can swallow tablets easy but best thing is to hold your nose water and tablet tilt your head back for bout 10 seconds whilst swallowing :]

its normal as hell, loads of peope can't swallow tablets, ask your local pharmacist(sp?) guy if there is a liquid form

i wouldn't recommend trying to force yourself to swallow them, you'll just make yourself sick

Swallow some air as you do it. Push your toungue down so you have a massive gewlap and swallow with water.

Cus mum got me some painkillers for my ribs [playin rugby], someone tackled me wrong :\.

I just drink a bit of milk, put the tablet in, use some more milk to take it down.

Pretty easy once you've done it once.
