Right I need help. I havernt been back on runescape for a while long time. And came back.


Im lvl 54

strength 45 attack 45 def 41

and food i can get + strgth potions.

Any hints on how i can win fights. and levels in wildy.

If your on f2p use Rune armour, since most are pures they'll hit you rarely.

That's 45 def :] - Zerker pure - Like moi .
Um if I were you.. get 45 def for zerker helm, 60 attack and 70 str. Then build up. I just got 80 str yesterday and working on 70 attack for whip0rz :].
