stuck between two problems

okay, well. there's this boy in my form called matt, & i dont know if i like him or not. i have mixed feelings, because he's one of my best guy mates, but at the same time, i like him abit more than that. but him & my best mate are always flirting with each other & it annoys me. and the other day she told me she had a crush on him, and its pretty obvious he likes her, too. i can tell by the way he acts, & they're really close all the time & stuff. so i don't know whether to just give up with that or not, or keep dropping hints that i like him, but i dont want to ruin our friendship, and because geo (my best friend), likes him too, i dont want her to fall out with me over it.

its bugging me. & today i saw this boy i also quite like. i don't exactly know him, and hes in a different house than me at school, but we've said 'hey' to each other a couple of times and had a small conversation with each other before, but i want to get to know him better, and try and forget about my problem above ^

so yeh.

I just gave up... if Matt isn't interested, leave him and your friend to it. That's what I did, and now I have a girlfriend who I am happy with and love =)

I am sorry but I disagree.

What you're saying is that you should date people that are not your friends?

You've obviously got to be their friend in order for you to judge whether you like them that way.

Unless you go up to random strangers and ask them out?
