First of all i don't know weather this should be in education or health, but its fitness related, so please do move if its in the wrong section.
Ok to the point, im designing a circuit for my practical lesson on friday. I need around 8-10 sessions including a warm up. Im trying to make my circuit unique and fun as possible why also keeping the intensity of it high.
So if anyone has any exercises or ideas for exercises that i could put in to achieve this that would be great.
