ok, this has really confused me....


never used it before, so i had to 'register'


filled in everything that needed doing, and it says to expect an email....

the email hasnt arrived :s

any ideas on how to get it working?

Hotmail usually puts stuff like that in junk e-mail folder.

its not in my junk folder, not in my inbox......it appears just to have vanished into cyberspace

Well it does take a while to arrive... wait until tomorrow, then start to worry.

did you put your email in correctly?

^ Yes , email adress has to be 10000% percent correct or you will have to go on the swiftswitch webiste and sort it out
