Ask him about it.. No one who has over 10 t would scam 2 hcs and run. Are you sure he didnt get disconnected or errored after? And did you try asking him about it? Maybe he just forgot..

Yeah, they do. But rich people wouldnt scam 2 hcs. If you were rich, would you scam 2 hcs just for 2 hcs when you have 30 t? No. Only the "poor" will scam that low. They wouldnt want to lose their reputation. And if he did scam you, were there any witnesses?
