As title says, i need to do it quik at the mo ma atk is 24 and i need to get it up v quik.

As everyone says, rock crabs are the way to go. But they are often crowded, so I choose to train in one of two places:
1. Experiments
The dungeon thing in the Fenkenstrain's Monster quest has the experiments with high HP and a low combat. Not as crowded as the rock crabs, as you can usually get two spawns to yourself.
2. Monkey Guard things
In the monkey island quest, there is a temple with huge level 100 something monkeys in it. There's also an altar. I train there with protect from melee on and kill monkeys. If my prayer gets low I recharge at the altar. Great exp! But keep watch on your prayer, and bring an anti poison because theres a spider that can sometimes poison you.

Rock crabs still probably best, even if busy.
When higher, experiements good.
Doubt everything, even this.

i dont play anymore but wot spike sed and guards but u wont be able to do wot spike sed (monkey bit) coz i doubt u culd do monkey madness with such a low attack so go for guards (lvl 21) and also sewers moss giants ;D
