Disco sign

1.5 CS - 3 times

1CS - 1 time

Recently there has been a lot of talk about the value of this rare increasing to 1.1 CS. I saw several go for 1.5 as people believe they will slowly increase and become more popular. Buyers are hoping they are making a good investment and believe they will make a profit in the long-term. Disco signs are also the new must-have for casinos and trade rooms in particular.

Petal patch

4 CS - Over 10 times
3.5 CS - 2 times (Usually sold as 7 CS for a set of 2 petal patches)

I think this rare will stay around the 4 CS mark throughout the next month or two. Once April/May arrives, i think it will gradually begin to increase as people begin setting out on the hunt for the prefect 'summery' furni to make the perfect summer room. It could peak at about 6 CS during the height of the summer season.

Red Amber Lamp

3 CS - 4 times
2.5 CS - 2 times

The Red Amber Lamp has always been trading for between 2 CS - 3 CS. Recently, the lamp has been decreasing in popularity and people are willing to pay less. However, they do seem popular in casinos and are trading for 3 CS most of the time. I believe the lamp will gradually decrease to around 2.5 CS and stay there for a while. Who knows where it will go from there - up or down?

8 CS - 1 time

There's no doubt about it, parasols are on their way back up! The Orange Parasol is becoming increasingly popular, and can be hard to find at times. I think this will increase the most out of the 4, hitting a possible 7 CS in the run up to Summer. Both the green and the yellow could soon hit the 2 CS mark, and maybe even 2.5 in the summer. The Purple Parasol is the least popular between the 3, but in the run up to summer it could hit the 1.5 CS mark.

Green Wooly Pillow

16 CS - 2 times
14 CS - 2 times

The Green Pillow always looks great in bright rooms. Mixed in with petal patches, they are perfect for summer-themed rooms. Casino-owners are increasingly on the lookout for this wooly pillow, especially since it had been predicted that it would pass the value of the throne in the Summer. Now that it has decreased to 14 CS, people are trying to snap them up while they can to make a helathy priofit from them. I personally believe that the green pillow is a must for investors, but patience is the key, as they won't reach their high until summertime.
