Lol, I'm bored and wanna get some HC's in to make some jazzy rooms for my fansite, so I shall do PHP / MySQL coding and some other bits.

So I shall sell myself to you.

Example: Kristall-Panel.

Prices are negotiable, I'll code pretty much anything in PHP for the right price, and if push comes to shove I can do it in flatfiles.

Oh, and I'll make any layout xhtml valid (If you need iframes, not strict) with css, but not div's cause I hate them. (although I can incorporate them with a table layout to make pretty things)

Rough price guide:
Layout made xhtml valid + css: 5HC (Strict = 7HC)
Custom PHP scripts:
Easy (E.g, news scripts etc): 10-20HC (Can go down to 5-15HC)
Hard (E.g, full cms inc loads of stupid features): 21-30HC

And yes, I can code a full forum.
