To the rare value team

I'd like to know why values for normal furniture (Gothic and Bank of Habbo) have been added to the rare value lists?
This furniture will be in the catalogue forever; not just for a set period of time.
Plus, release 13 hasn't even been around for 24 hours so how can you poissibly have stable values for the NORMAL furniture?

The credit values are unstable, the RVR team are trying to keep on top of it. We try to provide values as quick as possible even whilst values are unstable, because so many Habbos flock to Habbox when new furni is released that we have to satisfy the demand.

As for Gothic furni, I also thought it might be in there permanently and if it is we'll remove it.

When new furni or a new rare is brought out, you can already within 30 minutes give a good value for it, by simply going through trade rooms and seeing what it's being traded for.
Something else is that usually within the first hours and days after something new has been given out, the value goes down. So then we just adjust the value. But that doesn't mean you cannot give a correct value right away.

Is there any evidence to back up your claim that Gothic Furniture is permanent? Habbox are unsure. When it is made certain, as 8Freak8 said, they'll remove it.

ALSO:

Bank of Habbo need to be on Habbox, regardless to whether or not they are a rare (they're not). People will trade for them differently than for how much they cost.

Gothic furni was removed from .fi, no reason against them removing it from .co.uk

I would not buy credits for the moment. They will drop soon enough. Just people crazy for them atm. Gothic is NORMALS!
