Nike's views: As usual, the throne is selling for slightly over the Habbox value, looks like the Throne is at it's best price for a long time! Should stay like this for a long time!

Gothic Throne - 2HC - 8 times.

Nike's views: The new throne! Lot's of people trying to flog these before they go down, these will go down a good bit, seen a rumour that the gothic is here to stay, doubt it though as on Finland, they were removed, we are yet to be informed on UK!

Sand patch floor - 1T 25HC - Once

Nike's views: Coming up to summer! People may want to make a 'beach' related room for the summer period so these are increasing as the patches (not including snow) are popular in the summer! I can feel an increase here!

Green pillow - 14HC - Once
16HC - Twice

Nike's views: Hmm, yet again, these may be a popular summer rare, they look very 'summery' and they would spice up a summer room! Back to the value, i think these may slightly increase.

Nike's views: Another rare to flog! People are buying these and flogging them before they decrease! The usual thing with the new rares!
