i got a list of norms which i want better norms for but am will ing to trade for rares as well! shud it go in normal trading or rares-->norms, norms-->rares?

Personally I'd put it in both :p
In the Normal Trading I'd ask for normals only
in the norms for rares / rares for norms I'd ask for rare offers only
