Credit Fraud..

Remember if you brought a credit code from someone and they didn't pay their bill you got perm banned.. What will happen if the person brought credits say with a credit card, brought gold bars and traded them and didn't pay their bill.. would the person who spent the credits or the holder of them be banned?

At least I think they can trace back. But if you sell a credit code (in old times), and the person did not pay for the bill, you will definately get banned unless you appeal.
