Comment: Seems to be stuck on 30HC, although
I have seen a few profit traders sell at 31HC.
Also people offering 29HC get rejected so
I think the value is correct atm.

Comment: Fast rising rare at the moment, may
hit 18/19HC as we approach summer.

Comment: Not a rare that is sold easily, although I
expect a rise during the summer.

Comment: Alot of people are willing to pay 5HC for
2 of these, I have noticed alot of bulk traders recently.
I remember the good old days when these were 4HC,
but I think that the decline of mafias on Habbo, and the
popularity of majestics means that this rare will stick
below 3HC.

Overall Comment:

Most rares on the rise, and a fare bit of profit being
thrown about here and there as people anticipate big
rises as summer approaches.
