Habbo Exchange problem..

I just traded 2HC for a bag of credits, click on redeem the credits didn't go into my purse nor did the bag go back into my hand :S

My friend told me it happened to her yesterday but i thought yeah w/e but :S
I've emailed the Help tool.

I know it seems obvious but have you tried reloading; and then checking if the credits have been redeemed or checking if they're in your hand/room again?

No problem mate. It was probably lag that caused it to happen.

Yep, with every version brings lag :S
