i reeeeeeeeeeally want a skill cape

what skills can u get skill capes for?

and whats the easiest way to do it

you can get a skill cape in any skill

You have to get 13m+ Exp for the cape and obv the 99 skill

It cost 99k to get the cape once you have 99 from the master of your skill

Fletch + cooking are easiest skills

You can get them in any skill obviously :p
Apparantly, the easiest 99's are cooking and fletching.

I think your all wrong, the easiest one to get is the one that you like best, so if u like woodcutting the best, thats the easiest to get because you wont get bored.

Currently im going for cooking one 17 levels to go =]
