    You should pickpocket Master Farmers - they give sweetcorn seeds (amongst others, occasionally Ranarr and Snapdragon too!) and thieving will get some XP too

    just got 29 farm
    off 2 oaks + apple tree

    gonna go plant another apple tree
    =[ I dont got raw sweet corn
