Start off with Waters, you buy cheap, sell for a tiny bit of profit. Any bit of profit is good.

If you dont get bored of buying thousands of waters, once you get a bit more money you can buy deaths and Bloods. Faster money that way,

My other piece of advice - dont go over board on staking, it isnt big and isnt clever when you lose it all

They sell in bulk for about 20gp each.
