1.0 CS [seen 3 times] This seems strange as they are still in the catalogue however the very slight increase tells me this could be due to rounding up.
1.25 CS [seen twice] This could be due to rounding and being fairly easy to trade for a green dragon.

0.5 CS [seen 4 times] This has neither lost or gained value today. It appears to be selling well at this new price.
I use the following system:
Red is for rares trading below their habbox value
Blue is for rares trading at their habbox value
Green is for rares trading above their habbox value.
