I have 2 of these and i made a room saying "13hcs for my green bb", i was in there for 1 hour and no one bought... Because of the sudden jump of price from 8-13 at less than a month, people won't be so comfortable paying 13hcs for them. I think that these may be stable at 12-13hcs for now and will raise to 15 hcs during summer.

I am currently collecting grey bbs and bought about 30 of them, i got offered 16 hcs many times and a few people offered 17 hcs. These were 17hcs last summer and there is still a few months for these to raise. I think that these may be able to reach 20hcs this summer!
Ps. There are probably less grey bbs than dinos :S

Boy do these things look nice! I've seen people trying to buy these for 6-7hcs per floor but i see little people selling these! When these get removed from the catalogue these may be able to reach 1hc!

These are getting unpopular slowly! I've got a person trying to sell a green pillow for 10 hcs on my list for a few hours now and he has no luck! I think that these will stay around 10 hcs for now and may sky rocket in price during summer time.

People thought these would sky rocket during valentines day but that didnt happen! These have been around 1.5-2hcs for around a few months now, i dont really see a bright future for these. I think that they may only raise up to 2 but no more.

These are very unpopular atm. With the gothic floor out, people have other choices for a new kind of floor. These should fall to 1.5 for now and may reach 2.5 during summer.

What a terrible rare to be released! Sleeping bags are yucky and no one can find a use for them... And thats not it, there are also a few more recolours to come out so i can't see a good future for these, these should always sta below 1hc.

Well thrones, one of the most unstable rares ever! These have been sticking at 30.5 for a few days now and i can see them staying like this for a week or 2. These may raise just a few hcs during summer like usual.

Although these are sticking at 4hcs, i can see that the demand for them are starting to fall. I believe that these may drop one day because of the variety of flooring coming out.

I've been trying to sell my single snow patch for a few days now and no one seems to want it.. Just like the other patches, whats common now is the gothic floor, it is already a suprise how sands are falling and snows are staying as summer is approaching, snows may fall a bit during summer and raise again during winter.

Credits! one of the most useful thing in the hotel, only a few people are willing to let these go at 1hc:10cred ratio and i can see everyone wanting more and more profit! These may raise till about 5.5 but no more than 6!

I say a few people selling these at 3 per 5 hcs, these arent very common and people dont really want these unless its for a casino or a themed room. i can also see a lot of noobs getting scammed when people say that the red dragon is a bronze dragon.
